All products are shipped by USPS from California. We take about 2-7 business days to create pillow products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

USA 3-5 business days (USPS tracking available)
Canada 5-10 business days (no tracking)
International 10-20 business days (no tracking)

Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.

Rates

Shipping rates vary according to size, weight, quantity and destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Return

We DO NOT grant returns based off buyers remorse or not liking the product.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part (misprinted/damaged/defective items) will be handled at our expense. Items must be submitted within two week after the product is received.

Before ordering make sure your account’s shipping address is correct before purchasing. If your package has to be sent back to our factory because it couldn’t be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of replacement/reshipping is the customer’s responsibility.
